FWYR125 is a kind of soft and oil-resistant irradiation cross-linkable halogen-free elastomeric compound with the highest working temperature at 125℃. It has good mechanical property, electrical property, flame retardant property and processability and especially excellent for oil resistant and soft performances. It is specially suitalbe forthe jacketing and insulation which have strict elastomeric property requirements. It also can be used for other cables which have high temperature requirements.
FWYR125是一種輻照交聯柔軟耐油無鹵彈性體，其具有優良的物理機械性能，電性能，阻燃性能以及加工性能，更為突出的是其具有較好的耐油性和柔軟性能，特別適用于對彈性要求較高的絕緣，護套上，也可用于其它有高溫要求的電纜上。產品最高使用溫度為125℃。

Attentions 注意事項：
1）The compound should be dried before using if the package is broken. Once package is open, recommend to run out within 12 hours.
原料破包需烘干后才能使用，材料一經開封，建議12小時之內用完。
2）Please ensure the screw, barrel, hopper are thoroughly cleaned before operation. Avoid bringing impurities while processing.
加工前確保螺桿、機筒、加料斗徹底清理干凈，加工過程中嚴禁帶入雜質。
3）If you need a faster extrusion. Please accelerate screw speed gradually to avoid inadequate plasticizing which may cause rough surface of the cables.
如果要快速擠出時，請慢慢逐漸加快螺桿轉速，以免塑化不良，電纜表面毛糙。
