PJW105 is a low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polypropylene insulation compound for automotive cables. It is environmental protection and non-toxic, and has excellent abrasion-resistant property, electrical property and mechanical property. It has simply processability and no need to cross-link. It is an ideal upgrading substitute of 105℃PVC and 105℃irradiation cross-linkable polyolefin insulation compounds. PJW105 can be used as the insulation of automotive cables and communication cables. The highest working temperature is 105℃.
PJW105為汽車電線用無鹵阻燃聚丙烯絕緣料，環保無毒，具有優異的耐磨性，電氣性能和機械性能，加工性能良好，無需交聯，是105℃聚氯乙烯和105℃輻照交聯聚烯烴絕緣料的理想升級替代品。主要用于汽車電線的絕緣，也可應用于通訊電纜的絕緣，最高使用溫度105℃。
Processing Indicator 加工工藝
Recommend the use of single-screw extruders with L/D= 20～25.
建議使用普通長徑比為20-25的單螺桿擠出機進行生產。
