EP-3000 series are dynamic vulcanized compound by EPDM and PP. It is also called thermoplastic TPV. They has various excellent properties such as good climate-resistant (UV, ozone, sunshine, rain), anti-aging, anti-moisture, chemical resistant (acid, alkali, alcohol, ether) and electrical property. Their cold-resistant property is very well and can be worked in -40℃~125℃for long time. EP-3002 and EP-3003 are medium level oil-resistant. The hardness of the series can reach 75A-40D.
EP-3000是三元乙丙膠與聚丙烯（EPDM/PP）的動態硫化共混物，又稱熱塑性硫化橡膠(TPV)，具有硫化橡膠的各種優異性能，有卓越的耐侯性(紫外線，臭氧，日光，雨水)耐老化，耐水性，耐化學品（酸、堿、醇、醚）和電性能。耐低溫性能卓越，能在-40℃~125℃的溫度中長期工作。其中3002和3003有中等耐油性。硬度范圍可以做到：75A-40D。

Dry Condition 干燥條件
No need for drying in normal environment. If the compound was affected with damp, dry it under 90℃conditions for 2-3 hours or under 70-80℃conditions for 3-4 hours. Keep the moisture content smaller than 0.1wt%.
一般不需干燥。如受潮，在90℃條件下干燥2-3小時，或在70-80℃條件下干燥3-4小時，保持樹脂含水量小于0.1wt%后再使用。
